Neoprene Contact Cement: Adhesive 2000 is a semi-gelled neoprene contact cement, gray or pale yellow liquid with high neoprene content designed to bond rubber to concrete. This neoprene contact cement may be used as a contact cement or adhesive. If a film of Neoprene Contact Cement: Adhesive 2000 dries before assembly is complete, it may be reactivated by wiping the film with toluene or xylene. Viscosity, dry time and color of this neoprene contact cement can be modified to fit a particular application. Synthetic materials in contact with this neoprene contact cement must be resistant to aromatic solvents. Neoprene Contact Cement: Adhesive 2000 is flammable until the film has dried.
