Chemical Resistance
Some of these materials have not been tested. However, They are similar
in nature to the materials that have been tested.
Continuous Immersion
Cyclohexane, Ethyl acetate, Butyl acetate, Butadiene, Cyclopentane, Mineral
spirits, Vinyltrimethoxysilane, Kerosene, Jet fuel, Sec-butanol, n-butanol,
Acetonitrile, Butyl cellosolve, Aniline, Ethylene glycol, Diacetone
alcohol, Benzyl alcohol, Wine, Water, Propylene glycol, Molasses, Mercury,
Lard, Fat, fatty acids, Caster oil, Blood, Beverages, Beer.
Oxidizing Agents: Ferric chloride and sodium chlorate. These materials
may stain the polymer but will not break it down.
Most acids and bases: Chromic, Bromic, phosphoric.
Short Term Exposure
Heptane, Toluene, Xylene, Anisole, Styrene, Benzene, Methyl isobutyl
ketone, Carbon disulphide, Gasoline, Turpentine, Metyl ethyl ketone,
Acetone, Dichlorobenzene
Hard mineral acids: Concentrated nitric acid will discolor the polymer.

Carbon tetrachloride, Chlolobenzene, Trichlororethane, Trichloroethylene,
Perchloroethylene
