**Superior Polymer Products believes this data to be accurate. However, this data in most cases is for the base polymers only and does not include modifications to polymers. Because most materials produced by Superior Polymer Products have modifiers added to them, this data will likely not be accurate for each specific application. This data should be used as a starting point only and all materials provided by Superior Polymer Products should be tested for suitability for each application prior to use.

Epifll 240s

Epifill 240S is a specially formulated crumb rubber and resin compound that generates a tough and resilient material. Its excellent electrical resistivity makes it a prime candidate for applications requiring electrical insulation such as railroad crossings. It has excellent adhesion characteristics and will bond to virtually any substrate including damp substrates. It serves as an excellent and inexpensive filling compound for internal and external applications requiring a large volume of  flexible fill. It is packaged in pre-weighed easy to use kits.

Epoxy Bond 330

Epoxy Bond 330 is an epoxy adhesive with good flexibility and bond strength to a wide variety of surface and
higher impact strengths. Its physical properties, clear characteristics, and blush resistance make it an solid choice for
potting parts up to 1” thick. With casting resins actual thickness of the casting will be determined by the configuration of
the casting as well as the thermal mass transfer capacity of the mold. An additional use is clear coatings.

Epoxy Bond 420

Epoxy Bond 420 is a slow curing epoxy adhesive with excellent bond strength to many difficult bonding surfaces.
Its mixer friendly non-critical combining ratio make it a great choice for many applications requiring its unique set of
physical properties as well as extended working time. This base system can be readily modified into a wide variety of
coating, casting, and structural applications.

Epoxy Bond 440

Epoxy Bond 440 is an epoxy adhesive with greater flexibility for increased bond strength to a wide variety of
surface sustaining dynamic loads. The light color and excellent resistance to blush make it suitable as a base resin
system for castings and coatings as well.

Hydrobond 500

Hydrobond 500 is an epoxy adhesive that bonds and hardens to surfaces submerged underwater. This material
offers a high degree of flexibility and typically used in a trowellable paste version for patching surfaces such as splash
zones on concrete piers.

Sealant 611

This material is a high solids, synthetic butyl rubber based sealant designed to form a permanent, watertight seal
on glass, plastic and metal surfaces. Sealant 611 permanently retains its flexibility and tack. This characteristic gives the
sealant the unique ability to “heal” if the seal is damaged. Its low surface energy gives it the ability to bond to virtually any
surface.

"Thank you for the nice looking floor. Anders and crew did a great job in less than ideal conditions. We were very pleased with their work and how they cleaned up afterwards."
